libcib1-dev software package provides Development file for pacemakers cib library, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcib1-dev
libcib1-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcib1-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcib1-dev *
You will get with libcib1-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
